    • Duration - 18 months

     

    This construction project involved the complete internal refurbishment of an existing office building, with additional internal structural alterations. The works also included the installation of two new lift shafts and the addition of an entirely new floor on top of the existing building.


    The objective was to transform the space into 96 stunning apartments, offering modern and comfortable living spaces. The project aimed to create a seamless blend between contemporary design and functionality.


    The full internal refurbishment encompassed various aspects such as electrical and plumbing systems, flooring, walls, ceilings, and fixtures. Attention was given to ensuring energy efficiency and sustainability throughout the construction process.


    With meticulous planning and execution, this project successfully breathed new life into the office building, creating a desirable residential space that meets the needs and expectations of future residents.
